Ecoescuela ComUnidad and City of Light 13:20 come together as a living model of regenerative education and conscious community—an Eco-School and cooperative space where permaculture, bioconstruction, healing, art, and consciousness interweave to give birth to a new way of inhabiting the planet.
More than a school, it is a cooperative ecosystem where knowledge, creativity, and collaboration regenerate both people and the Earth.
This December 2025, we will host our first Annual Eco-Building Course, inviting participants from around the world to co-create, build, and learn the foundations of sustainable living.

Bioconstruction Camp – December 2025
Dates: December 1–20, 2025
Location: Ciudad de Luz 13:20 – Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo
Step into a living classroom where community, creativity, and sustainability come together. Our first Annual Eco-Building Course invites you to a transformative Bioconstruction Camp, where you will learn to create essential structures and gain the tools to live consciously and sustainably.
Through a collective, hands-on process, we will explore both traditional and contemporary techniques of natural building, working with bamboo, clay, stone, and wood.
Together, participants will build real structures—yurts, geodesic domes, zomes, compost toilets, and eco-friendly communal spaces—developing the skills to live in harmony and resilience.
More than a course, this is a journey of reconnection with craft, the body, the Earth, and the ancestral wisdom alive in natural materials and in the memory of our hands.
